The Mobile Area Council owns and operates one long term camp, Camp Maubila, which is the council's centerpiece for camping, water sports, and high adventure. The current property is located about one hour and forty minutes from downtown Mobile and encompasses approximately 680 acres. The property includes a lake for water sports, a swimming pool, a large dining hall, campsites, and facilities for archery, marksmanship, Scout crafts, training, campfires, and nature study.

It also includes a state of the art conference and training facility for weekend conferences used by adult Scouters. More than 80,000 camper days have been logged at Camp Maubila during the past forty-five years.

Information on this site is for the purpose of informing leaders and Scouts interested in the Maubila Scout Reservation.
